Showcase Costume Deposit – $100 Per Costume

Showcase Dates:

• June 6th, 2025: Mandatory Rehearsal
• June 7th, 2025: Showcase Performances (Two shows, separated by age)
• Location: News Journal Center (Subject to change)

Important Notes:

• Costume deposits of $100 per costume will be posted to your account by September 5th.
• Payments can be made via cash or check at the studio, or online through your portal account.
• Deadline: Costume deposits must be paid in full by October 25th. After this date, the deposit increases to $125.
• If you do not pay your costume deposit your child will not have a costume ordered and we cannot guarantee we can get one once we put the order in.
• Costume Pick-Up: Costumes will be sent home as early as we receive them. If you stop dancing, the costumes must be picked up by June 1st, 2025. Uncollected costumes will become the property of The Legacy Dance Studio (no exceptions).
• Please note that purchasing and owning a costume does not guarantee participation in the end-of-year showcase. Participation is a privilege, contingent on adherence to studio policies and behavior standards, especially for Legacy Stars.
• There are absolutely no refunds for costumes once they are ordered. All sales are final through our distributors.

Tuition Details:

• Monthly installments cover The Legacy Dance Studio’s professional services, including securing your child’s place in the curriculum, instruction, and performances.
• Payments are required for the 10-month dance season, from August to May. Note: The May installment must be paid to participate in the showcase.
