Payments will be posted to all online accounts 2 weeks prior to the due date. All Legacy clients must have a card or bank account on file for outstanding balances. To avoid automatic charges, make manual payments by cash or credit before the 28th of each month. The annual registration fee is $35 per dancer, due at registration along with the first month’s installment.

All accounts, including Legacy Stars competition members, require a card or ACH info on file. Autopay runs on the 1st for any balances, costume fees, or competition payments. To pay by cash or check, submit payment 2-3 days before the 1st. If payment is not received in time, the full balance will be charged automatically. Keeping payment info updated is required.

Late Fees: $25 late fee applied if payment isn’t made within 15 days of the due date, plus 2% monthly interest on overdue balances.
Returned Check Fee: $30 for any returned checks.
Participation Requirement: All balances must be paid in full to participate in performances or competitions, including the May installment for the Annual Showcase.
Reimbursements: Only available if 2 or more classes are canceled without makeup options. Exceptions do not include weather-related closures.

Payment Due Date: The 1st of every month.
Manual Payments: Log in to your account to make a payment at any time before the 1st.
Autopay: If a balance remains on the 1st, Autopay will process the payment. Zero balance accounts will not be charged.
