Studio Policies Overview

Our studio policies cover attendance, dress code, tuition payments, and other essential information. Review them in detail on our Studio Policies page.

Payment Options for Classes

To ensure a smooth payment process, all Legacy clients are required to keep a card or bank account on file for outstanding balances. To avoid automatic charges to your card on file, please make your payment manually—online, by cash, or by credit card—by the 28th of each month. For more details, visit our Tuition and Payments section.

Dress Code Requirements

Each dance style at The Legacy Dance Studio has a specific dress code. Visit our local store Dance Depot to view our uniform list and purchase attire for each class. A dress code in dance is essential for safety, focus, and a sense of unity among students. Proper attire allows freedom of movement, helps instructors assess form, and fosters professionalism and team spirit in class.

Class Attendance and Absences

Consistent attendance is essential for progress at The Legacy Dance Studio. No credits or refunds are given for missed classes. For absences longer than two weeks due to illness, injury, or family emergencies, refunds may be provided if makeup classes are unavailable for a class of equal value.
